Will you maintain a site you didn't build?
Yes. We do a full site audit first — security review, performance check, code quality assessment then onboard you onto a plan. Roughly 30% of our maintenance clients are sites we inherited from other developers.
What if my site is already hacked?
We do emergency cleanups. One-time recovery from a hack on severity, includes malware removal, security hardening and restoration. Then you can move onto a maintenance plan to prevent it happening again.
Do you provide hosting too?
Yes. Singapore-based servers, daily backups, SSL and CDN. We can also work with your existing hosting if you prefer.
What CMS platforms do you maintain?
WordPress, WooCommerce, Drupal, Magento, Joomla, and custom-built sites. If your site runs on something else, ask us — we’ve worked with most major platforms.
What's not covered in the plans?
Major redesigns, new feature builds and large content migrations are scoped separately. Edits beyond the included hours are billed at our hourly rate. We’ll always tell you upfront if something is out of scope.
Do you offer ad-hoc support without a plan?
For one-off jobs (emergency fixes, migrations, audits), yes. But ongoing maintenance only works with a plan — we can’t guarantee response times or proactive monitoring on a pay-as-you-go basis.
